1714: New organ by Arp Schnitger with 14 stops for the Sophienkirche in Berlin?
The organ was erected by his son Franz Caspar Schnitger.
1790?: The organ was moved to Königs-Wusterhausen?
1912: New pneumatic organ in the old case by Dinse.
2003: A project was started to collect money for a new organ in baroque style by Jürgen Ahrend.
2009: EUR 375.000,- is already collected and the contract with Jürgen Ahrend is signed. 21-06-2009 last concert on the old organ was hold and the organ was demolished and transported to Leer.
2010: The new organ behind the old front is installed. The organ is
enlarged with two pedaltowers. See photo at the bottom of the page.
